The President, Zsolt Torok's thoughts:
"I started this journey back in 2010. As an apprentice of a wealthy real estate developer in my hometown (Udvarhely, in Transylvania), at his real estate agency.
We've built Passive houses and highly energy-efficient homes using German innovations and technology.
My first project in New York (2013), was a lobby design and renovation (786 St Johns P), since then we've been involved in more than 240 projects including planning, design, and A-Z construction projects.
MISSION:
Creating the most unique places in New York City, and increasing the vibe of each building we touch.
My life mission is to become a Skyscrapers developer, and that is the main reason I'm here in NYC
